fennel salad

Seriously drooling over this salad right now. Shaved fennel, zucchini, arugula, dill, nuts, and feta tossed with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and salt...so simple.

I adore fennel... my sweet dad has always grown fennel in his garden (he has the greenest thumb in the universe) and for as long as I can remember it's been a late-summer staple at the dinner table.
